Can I have my wedding ceremony & reception in the same location?
Absolutely! You can either have just your reception with us, or you can opt to conveniently have both your ceremony & reception with us in the same location.
Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes, we have a preferred vendor list that helps our clients plan their events without all the stress associated with finding the perfect vendors! However, we do not require you to use any of our preferred vendors.
Do you allow outside catering/bartending/dj, photographer?
While we provide excellent in-house vendor services, you are able bring in your own licensed catering/bartending service for a $200 fee.
How many people can you seat?
Our venue can seat a maximum of 175 attendees in banquet style seating with a dance floor, or 200 with cocktail tables in the large room. We can seat a maximum of 60 attendees in banquet style seating with a dance floor, or 120 with cocktail tables in the small room.
How is parking?
We have ample, free parking.
How soon do I have to reserve my date, and what's the payment plan?
Event dates: Friday thru Sunday —are reserved with a $500 down payment and a signed rental contract. For Monday thru Thursday events, a 250 down payment is required. We recommend reserving your date as soon as possible to ensure it’s not reserved by someone else while you continue the planning process. Please Note: $250 of the deposit is a non-refundable consultation fee. After your down payment, you will be enrolled in a convenient, monthly payment plan, with the final balance being due 30 days before your event date. Call the office for more details.
